If you are looking for a single source solution to your electronic payment process Paperless Transactions is who you should contact. Our ministry was using several providers to process credit card transactions. There was one for phone orders, another for web transactions, a third for recurring donations etc. When we switched to Paperless Transactions we were able to integrate seamlessly with our MPX Software Package. Enter the order hit enter and the transaction is submitted with an accepted or declined response returned in moments. No more going out through a VPN for approval followed by additional inputs into our database to record the results. We also can now build recurring donation batches within our data base and process them on scheduled dates. No more making sure that our in-house data base was in agreement with the outside service processing a population of donors as maintained on their data base. Huge productivity gains have resulted.
We are also extremely pleased with the support that Paperless Transactions provides. They set up all of our accounts with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for both our US and Canadian operations. When ever a difficulty arose they quickly and professionally made any changes necessary to meet our needs.
During this past holiday season, we determined that it was time to introduce a gift card program. This was another area that Paperless Transactions handled for us. They gave us assistance in setting up parameters for our program, designing our cards, providing us with card readers, and training on how to process the cards which we are accepting over the phone, at our point of sale counters and at our web site.
When we upgraded and integrated our website to our data base Paperless Transactions was a key partner. They worked closely with our web developers with the information they needed to process payments from both credit card holders and those wishing to pay with ACH. This is another instance where we have been very pleased with Paperless Transactions.
There are several additional projects in the pipeline right now where we will be working with Paperless Transactions to automate processes that require heavy data entry.
If you want excellent products, excellent service, and realize significant cost savings give Micah, Diana, Gina or any one else at Paperless a phone call.

"As an international, television broadcast ministry, MarriageToday does a considerable amount of volume in donations and product sales. Truthfully, we thought our previous credit card processor was the best service provider, with the best rates for our industry. That was until I met Micah and he walked me through what his company does and how they could save us a tremendous amount of money per transaction.
But what I appreciate the most about Micah and his team is the fact that they are passionate about helping non-profits and ministries expand their outreaches. They also follow through on all their promises. You might expect credit card processing to be a sterile, cold process, but not so with Paperless Transaction Corp. They breathe life and enthusiasm into an otherwise humdrum business process. And best of all, they are saving us money. Money that helps us reach more marriages and perform more ministry.
And for me, that's the bottom-line and it's why I highly recommend Micah and his team."

Paperless is indeed our payment gateway. We use them in the context of our Donor Management software (they wrote an API that was integrated in the software - MPower's "MPX") and in the context of our eCommerce site; we also have several terminals (wireless and wired) that we use for sale of products at remote events and these transactions also clear through Paperless.
Re: fees, I believe they're actually cheaper than others and would encourage you to do a comparison between your existing processor and Paperless. Our Accounting department just conducted a fairly thorough review of same, as we recently brought our new eCommerce site live and wanted to make sure that going with Paperless still made sense. On the customer service/operations side, I can attest to being very happy in our relationship with Paperless. Micah is very much "hands-on" and will do whatever possible, whenever needed, to keep his customers happy; this has been our experience. Additionally, his support folks are fantastic - very efficient and very quick with regards to follow-up on questions and ironing out issues, if and when issues arise.

"People to People Ministries was using four different vendors for credit card processing. Each of these vendors used a different system for processing and reporting transactions. As a result, we were paying more than we should and it was very difficult for us to figure out what payments and fees had been moved through our bank account every month. Granted, some of the problem was our lack of discipline, not unusual in a non-profit organization, but we didn't know where to start applying discipline, given the different vendors and approaches to the work. Then we heard about Paperless Transaction Corp.
Micah and his team changed our model completely. They clearly explained what they could provide and the costs involved. They worked with us to create a plan for moving to their service. They provided the software we needed to interface their processing with our donor management system. When it came time to flip the switch, they were there with us ensuring that the cut-over went as smoothly as possible.
As a result of our move to Paperless Transaction Corp, we know the credit card side of our financial house will be balanced every month. We have one-stop shopping for outstanding customer service. As a result of our lower costs, we apply $2,000-$3,000 every year to ministry instead of overhead. (We are a small ministry, so this money is critical. The savings will scale with larger organizations.)
In short, we couldn't be happier."
