Based on certain “triggers,” Workflows can fire off and those Workflows can be anything from sending automated outbound contact emails to alerting internal staff via text or app push notification that a Workflow just started. For example, if you are hosting a nonprofit fundraising gala and you want to auto-send a personalized email to the gala attendee the system will take care of that AND it’ll send a text to the gala organizer to let them know that someone just signed up!
Automated Workflows can be built for just about anything; a contact signing up for a newsletter, a contact answering a form question with a certain selectable option, or even based upon certain self-selected content on your website.
