We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our business except as required to process your monthly statements and billing (to our corresponding banks).
We retain records relating to your personal information so that we are able to conduct business together. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees, and, to our corresponding banks that need to know that information to assist us in conducting business.
