Donor FAQ

We are the payment processor for many organizations and churches. Any questions regarding your donation can be answered by the organization or church you are donating to.

Q: How do I update my card information on my recurring donation?
A: If you have access to our Donor Portal, you can update your card information by logging in and editing your schedule. If you do not have access to our Donor Portal, you can reach out to the organization or church you are donating to directly and they can make that update for you.

Q: How do I stop a scheduled donation?
A: Similar to the above, you can either use our Donor Portal or reach out to the organization or church you are donating to.

Q: How do I make sure my donation is going to the designation or fund I want?
A: The organization you are donating to can confirm this for you.

Q: I received a Timed Out error when attempting to place my gift, do I need to try again?
A: Not necessarily. Reach out to the organization you are donating to and they can confirm whether or not your original gift was processed. If not, you can try again.

Q: I noticed multiple charges on my account, how do I receive a refund?
A: The organization you are donating to can issue a refund in our system.

Q: How do I receive a year-end statement for tax purposes?
A: The organization you are donating to should send this to you at the end of each year, but if they do not, you can request one from them directly.
